The Big Ticket membership program is designed for you to experience all your favourite artists, in your favourite seats, at prices you want to pay and as many times as you would like to attend. Only one membership is needed per household to enjoy some of the world’s finest talent.
How it works
Choose the membership that works best for you and purchase tickets to as many Big Ticket shows as you'd like! Members get early access to ticket sales, meaning you have the best selection of performance dates and seating options available to you.

Big Ticket Plus membership
- Includes all membership privileges
- Access to ticket sales in advance of Big Ticket members
- Additional discounts on tickets (usually $11 off the regular ticket price)
- Purchase up to 10 tickets per show at the Big Ticket Plus discount price
- $25 Gift Certificate to Paradiso Restaurant
- Just $120 per year
Big Ticket membership
- Includes all membership privileges
- Access to ticket sales in advance of public on sale
- Discounts on tickets (usually $7 off the regular ticket price)
- Purchase up to six tickets per show at the Big Ticket discount price
- Just $60 per year
Membership details
As a Big Ticket or Big Ticket Plus member, you will receive a membership card.
Every ticket purchase you make as a member is stored automatically on your card. When you arrive at the Oakville Centre, present your membership card to the ticket taker and it will be scanned to check in your tickets for that performance. No more worrying about printing off your tickets or finding them on your phone!
You may also present your membership card for:
- One complimentary coffee, tea or hot chocolate pre-show or during intermission at the Oakville Centre.
Contact the Box Office and let staff know you have lost your card. They will void the lost card and issue you a new one at no charge.
The membership is valid for 12 months, starting September 1 and ending August 31. Membership applies to all Big Ticket performances that fall within your membership year.
Your membership card expire will expire at the end of the membership year for which it was purchased. The box office will create a new card for you every time you renew your membership.
Go to My Account and print the tickets you would like to gift, or call the box office and ask them to print and hold the tickets for pickup.
If you've purchased tickets for a group and some of them are arriving late, you do not have to wait for the entire group to arrive to take your seats. Go to the box office and ask them to print and hold the tickets for your family. Ask the ticket taker to just check in your seat(s) and go in to enjoy the performance from the beginning.
From time to time, organizations may rent the theatre and set their own ticket prices. These shows can be dance recitals, community events, community shows are usually not part of the Big Ticket program.
Big Ticket memberships, unless stated otherwise, only apply to Big Ticket performances and not community partners or rental client performances.
